Chemiker*in/ Chemieingenieur*in – Deutschland oder remote

We’re looking for a Chemist/ Chemical Engineer/ Polymer Scientist, ideally in full time to join our team as soon as possible, Germany-based or remote (preferably in Europe, but if you live somewhere else let's talk anyway!).

Your tasks:

- You work closely with our founder on the development and optimization of our hair fibers

- You lead the collaboration with research institutes and suppliers

- You select suitable raw materials according to the highest health and sustainability standards

- You’re responsible for quality management and relevant certifications of our products

- You support our patent research and patent registration processes

- You keep an eye on regulatory requirements, such as the Green Claims directive etc.

Your profile:

- You have a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science, material science, or a similar field

- You have at least one to two years of relevant professional experience

- You understand textile/ fiber and/ or cosmetic chemistry and are ideally also experienced with dyes/ colors

- You’re passionate about sustainability and health and have a solid understanding of what makes up an environmental footprint

- You’re a great communicator, very well structured and reliable. You’re empathetic and a team-player. You’re proactive, self-sufficient and solution-oriented

- You speak English and German fluently
